1. KEY MANAGEMENT
Keys are kept in our office to keep them secure and accessible. Only with your permission will we allow your guests, vendors or others access to the property when you are not present.
2. COMPLETE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PACKAGE
Key management package (like #1)
Inspection (inside and outside) once a month when the owner is not present, also checking windows and doors.
Flushing toilets and water faucets (to prevent odors and reduce limescale)
Check for unwanted fumes and ventilate the premises
Testing of all electrical appliances, air conditioning, alarm system, plumbing
checking for moisture or structural damage.
Identification of maintenance problems and organization of minor repairs. Larger repairs or work will, of course, be reported to the owner first with a detailed quote.
Verifying that tenants are making good use of your property.
Emergency call-out service for problems such as plumbers, electricians, etc.
Payment of emergency bills.
After extreme weather conditions, an additional check is performed to ensure that everything is in perfect condition.
Monthly reports are sent via email
3. OPTIONAL SERVICES
Maintenance of pool, garden and plants.
Indoor and balcony plant watering
Run washing machine and dishwasher 1x a month
(to prevent scale formation)
Car, scooter or motorcycle check-up and ITV (annual technical inspection in spain)
Battery check/recharge car, scooter, motorcycle, electric bike, golf cart etc.
“Meet and greet” for all tenants and vacation rentals
Formatting inventory service
Welcome packages and groceries for customers
Collecting and forwarding mail
